Exchanges

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase so if you change your mind we are happy to exchange or refund any items bought at menswearr.com. that you are not completely satisfied with.

To exchange an item for a different size press the Return/Exchange your order now button that will take you to your account login page.

• Log into your account and find the product that you want to exchange.

• Note the SKU and search the SKU on the website.

• Once you've found the product, please add the correct size in the basket and check out.

• At the payment page select the payment method: "Reserve Product(s) for Exchange". This payment method will let you check out without making a payment (as a method of manual telephone payment).

Please make sure at the checkout in the notes section you leave a note with the word EXCHANGE and the product description and sizes that you want to exchange. 

We will reserve the product for exchange for 7 days for you so you can return the products you already have. As soon as we get the returned products and they pass our Returns Condition Policy, we will send out the reserved products for you. The reservation will end after 7 days. If we do not get the returns within 7 days of your reserving the exchange then we will cancel the reservation and put the products back in the sale stock and they will be available for people to purchase. 

The exchange facility is only applicable to UK orders within UK deliveries.

Items can also be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt if they are unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging.
