Standard UK Delivery is FREE when you spend £50 or more. On orders under £50, delivery is £3.99

3-5 working days. We use Royal Mail for all our standard deliveries and a signature is normally required. Alternatively the parcel may be left in a safe place and a card will be left detailing location.

Place your order by 12pm Mon - Thurs for 1-2 days delivery. Please note 1-2 days delivery is from the date of dispatch not from date of order. Our Minimum standard handling time of 2 working days will still apply on all our orders even if the order is placed for the 1-2 days delivery. Where possible and most cases, we ship on same day of order or next day and our couriers aim to deliver the next day within the Mainland UK addresses, however this is not always possible. This means 1-2 days delivery can take upto 1-2 days plus order processing day.

Please be aware that orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day.

Orders placed between Thursday 4pm - Sunday 1pm will be delivered earliest on Tuesday, excluding bank holidays.

We use Parcel Force 24 Express, DPD, Royal Mail, or UPS fully tracked service for our 1-2 days deliveries and a signature will be required.

UK Mainland orders come with a 1 hour predicted delivery time slot which is sent to you by email and text on the morning of delivery - to save you waiting in.

*Every effort will be made to deliver your parcel within 24 hours after dispatch, however sometimes delays do occur which are outside of our control - in which case you will be kept updated.

Orders with Express delivery will arrive at your delivery address via UPS or FEDEX Normal shipping times are 2-3 working days from disatch date or 3-5 days from placing your order. Delivery will be attempted once and a signature obtained if someone is available to sign for the parcel. However during peak times such as Christmas, delivery times can be longer than standard.
